Being injured on the job is difficult on your client, their injured employee, and his/her co-workers. A Return to Work (RTW) program is a best practice for organizations to adopt to demonstrate their commitment to the health and well-being of their employees and to control their insurance costs. We will help your clients establish RTW programs and determine which modified duties are suitable for their injured employees.
