Michael L. Boguski, CPCU - President and Chief Operating Officer, Eastern Insurance Holdings, Inc. Mr. Boguski has been with the Eastern organization since the inception of Educators Alliance Insurance Company (now Eastern Alliance Insurance Group) in 1997. He was named to the board of the Eastern Insurance Holdings' operating subsidiaries in August of 2006. He is responsible for company operations and continues to serve as the Chief Underwriting Officer. Mr. Boguski has 21 years of insurance industry experience. He graduated from Bloomsburg University with a B.S. in Business Management and earned his CPCU designation in 1995.

Kevin M. Shook, CPA - Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, Eastern Insurance Holdings, Inc. Mr. Shook has 16 years of insurance industry experience, including 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC) in Philadelphia, where he worked with insurance and reinsurance companies in the eastern United States and Bermuda. He joined the Eastern family of companies in 2001 and serves as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Eastern Insurance Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Mr. Shook is a graduate of Fairfield University, with a B.S. in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Bruce M. Eckert - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Eastern Insurance Holdings, Inc. Mr. Eckert has been with the Eastern organization since the inception of Eastern Re Ltd. in 1987. He founded Educators Alliance Insurance Company (now Eastern Alliance Insurance Group) in 1997 and has served as an officer and Board member of Employers Alliance since its inception in 1983. He has 26 years of insurance executive experience, including the successful rehabilitation of Rockwood Casualty Insurance Company where he served as CEO from 1989-1994. Mr. Eckert is a partner in the management-consulting firm of Lewis, Eckert and Robb & Company, located in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. He also participates as a director on the boards of several other financial services companies, and serves as a director on the board of The Pennsylvania Ballet and on the Board of Regents for the Mercersburg Academy. Mr. Eckert received his B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Dickinson School of Law.

Suzanne M. Emmet, CPCU - Senior Vice President of Claims, Eastern Insurance Holdings, Inc. Ms. Emmet has 19 years of experience in claims management, with extensive knowledge of managed care workers' compensation initiatives. She joined the Eastern organization in 1997. Ms. Emmet currently serves as President for Kids' Chance of Pennsylvania. Ms. Emmet received her B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College and earned her CPCU designation in 2001.

Harry Talbert - Chief Information Officer, Eastern Insurance Holdings, Inc. Mr. Talbert has 18 years of MIS experience in the insurance industry. He joined the Eastern family of companies in 2000. Mr. Talbert holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from West Liberty State College.

Robert Gilpin - Senior Vice President of Marketing, Eastern Insurance Holdings, Inc. Mr. Gilpin has 18 years of claims, account management and marketing experience, with extensive knowledge of alternative markets. He joined the Eastern organization in 1998. Mr. Gilpin received his B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Temple University and his MBA in Accounting from St. Joseph's University.

Pamela J. Reynolds - Vice President, Administration & Client Services, Eastern Alliance Insurance Group Ms. Reynolds has 24 years of workers' compensation claims experience. She joined the Eastern organization through subsidiary Employers Alliance in 1985. Ms. Reynolds is a graduate of the Central Pennsylvania Business School.

Cynthia H. Sklar, CSP - Vice President of Risk Management and Underwriting, Eastern Alliance Insurance Group Ms. Sklar has 20 years of insurance and risk management experience. She joined the Eastern organization in 1999. Ms. Sklar received her B.S. in Safety Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and earned her Certified Safety Professional designation in 1995.

Richard W. Irons, CPCU, ARM - Product Manager, Eastern Alliance Insurance Group Mr. Irons has 22 years of insurance industry experience. He joined the Eastern family of companies in 2003. Mr. Irons received his B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University and earned his CPCU designation in 1998 and his Associate in Risk Management designation in 1990.

Noreen Dishart, CCP, SPHR - Director of Human Resources, Eastern Insurance Holdings, Inc. Ms. Dishart has 20 years of human resources experience. Previous to joining the Eastern organization in 2006, Ms. Dishart owned and operated a human resources consulting company. Ms. Dishart received her B.S. from Lock Haven State University and is a Certified Compensation Professional. She earned her Senior Professional Human Resources designation in 1995.

Lucia A. Tompkins - Regional Business Executive, Eastern Alliance Insurance Group Ms. Tompkins has more than 30 years of underwriting, marketing and management experience in the property and casualty industry. She joined the Eastern organization in 2007 with Eastern Alliance's expansion into the Southeastern region. Ms. Tompkins received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and earned an Associate in Risk Management designation in 1981 and a CPCU designation in 1980.
