You now have direct, on-line access to loss information and report generation through Employers Alliance’s risk management information services. All claims information is available for your review, 24-hours a day, including case reserve history, payment detail and the claim representative’s log notes.

If you provide the compatible PC and modem, we will provide all the necessary software, training and support to utilize our remote dial-up access. Plus, Employers Alliance can accept your First Reports electronically. This streamlines the reporting process and can help provide an immediate response to all new injuries.

Monthly Reporting Package

We will provide you with a monthly reporting package tailored to your needs. This valuable feature gives you updated information on statistical, financial and billing details of your account. These reports include:
  • Paid This Period Loss Listing
  • Check Listing
  • Administrative Billing Report
  • Reports Via the Internet
Through CSKNet, the same reports listed above - and many more - are available to eligible clients through the Internet. This option also allows the user to create ad hoc reports through the user-friendly, web-enabled Report Writer with drag-and-drop ease of use.

Quarterly Reporting Package

In addition to the valuable monthly reports, Employers Alliance can provide you with quarterly reports on your detailed loss information. Although this level of detail is typically only requested quarterly, we would be happy to work with you if you need it more frequently. These reports include:
  • Safety Scoreboard: Safety Committees and Risk Management Departments will find the Safety Scoreboard to be a very effective tool for tracking and managing exposure to loss.
  • Managed Care Savings Report: Capture savings as a result of medical fee schedules, utilization review, improper coding and other negotiated savings.
